I was away on holiday. There is a good possibility the payment for the VPN didn't go through, but I have no idea how to check this, how to update the details, etc.
I've now created a login and don't know how to access the account I've been using for nearly a year now. It says the password is incorrect and 'authentication failed', but I don't know where to check if it failed because maybe I forgot to pay, don't know how to access the original account we created.
Please can someone help me to get back online?

Hi,
may you first clarify what service you are talking about? There are several VPN providers using the OpenVPN software, therefore you need to clarify that first.
Knowing the website where you are trying to log in might be helpful already. Normally you would then contact the support team, whose address should be on the website.
