Hi all,
Like lots of others last nights update broke the app, except mine is causing a connection timeout error which I haven't seen another thread for. I'm running my VPN on a Raspberry Pi and I hadn't updated in a long time so I just did a full update, but no go, app still doesn't connect. Any ideas?
App version is the latest from the Google Play Store 1.1.22
EDIT: Trying to find the server log files. Anyone know where they'd be?
Also side note my phone and server are communicating because every time I attempt to connect EXACTLY 5.10KB are received and the bytes sent continue to climb.
EDIT2: okay so I'm seeing in the log file it's a TLS Handshake error
TLS ERROR: Plaintext buffer too short (1 bytes).
TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
I apologize this has been posted elsewhere. I don't think I can delete my own post. If a mod can please delete.
For anyone reading this, reverting back to 1.1.17 works

Re: Last nights update causing connection timeout
I also have mine set up on my Raspberry Pi. I just received an update to my app that fixed it, so you should be able to download the latest version.

Re: Last nights update causing connection timeout
hey guys, FYI: the error you see in the log is a symptom indicating that your server is very old. I am glad the latest version of the app is fixing the connection issue, however you should really consider upgrading your server.
