Openvpn on all ports

Hi,

I want to openvpn service to run on all UDP ports.
I believe there are two ways for that
1. make config file for each ( completely insane )
2. configure iptables for it

Can someone help in configuring iptables to accept openvpn udp connections on all udp ports?

Any sort of help will be really appreciated.
