When I issue the command "build-ca" I get the following error. "'openssl' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."
The folder is located in C:/easy-rsa/windows/
Can someone tell me how to correct this so I can continue to setup OpenVPN?

Add openssl to your PATH and/or use Easyrsa3
