if I am in Korean, and i type informition my vpn is US,will it change?

I live in Korea. And when i set up openvpn, In this part, ./build-key-server server , It tell me type country I living, but if I type my country is US, will my IP will changed like magic to US?

That is just a field in a certificate and has no effect on the VPN.
You can put any value in there .. eg: "The Moon"
