Could you clarify, in case of the site to site set up mentioned here

Are we able to reach a client infrastructure from the Server side ? Let say: RDP server on the Client station and any other web inerface of a device?
VPN suppose to unite 2 networks , as I understand, it should be possible. Could you give any
opinion on this? Is there any obstacle? The sample set up is shown as the attachment. The client suppose to be on the FW appliance(working as a router as well , Like Sophos XG125).
On the client side it is not possible to have a public static IP.
