OpenVPN AS hands out wrong IP

Hi,
I am connecting to the AS server successfully but the IP I am getting is not configured anywhere. This is my config:
Dynamic IP address network:

127.27.224.0/24

Static IP address network:

10.200.1.0/24

Upon connection I get 172.27.232.5 and because nothing is NAT from this network I cannot reach any servers on my network.

Any Ideas?
