Update Server for Licensing System before 20 january 2019

Hi All,

I got information that I should update the openvpn server before 20 january 2019. But, in the document, there is mention regarding AWS tiered instance license. Here is the notes " Please note that this change does not affect our Amazon AWS tiered instances that are pre-licensed with a predefined amount of connections. These are billed through Amazon AWS directly and uses a different licensing system that does not need this update ". Because of my openvpn is hosted in AWS, is it means that I don't need to upgrade the server? Please help me to clarify about this.
