Multiple profiles for split and tunnel-all

Hi,

I'm new to OpenVPN and I have a question. Right now I use a Cisco ASA as VPN. When connecting with Anyconnect client, I have a profile for split vpn and tunnel-all. I chose the one I want depending of my needs.

Now, how do I do that with Openvpn Access server ? When I look at the options of the server, it seems you can only have one profile active at the time ? I'm able to create two profiles but only one can be active? I must be missing something....I can't believe you can only have one config for all clients...

Or can I do that on the client side config file ? I'm kind of lost and I don't find anything on this subject...
