On the website at the following address, it states the current version of the OpenVPN appliance is 2.0.12.

tinkertry.com has an article at this address.
https://tinkertry.com/using-your-home-n ... ublic-wifi
It references a newer build, 2.0.2. There is also a YouTube video in the article at this address.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-hwcdHwVRY
At 1 minute and 4 seconds into the video, it shows that if you change the address of the download, you can get the newer version which is 2.0.2.
Which version should I use? 2.0.12 or 2.0.2? Is 2.0.2 a Beta version? Does the website need to be updated? I do not understand why there is a newer version, and it is not mentioned on your website.
I installed 2.0.12 and ran the command "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade". It appeared to update the software, but it still says it is version 2.0.12.
OpenVPN Appliance 2.0.12 or 2.0.2? What is 2.0.2?

Mathematically, 2.0.2 would be the same as 2.0.20 which is higher than 2.0.12. Below is an example of how they have changed the version number for each new update. Whomever is doing this is not very good at math. 2.0.1 and 2.0.10 are mathematically the same number. The successor to 2.0.9 should have been 2.1.0. Each new version should be larger than older ones. 2.0.12 is mathematically less than 2.0.2. Just sayin'.

Depends on how you count .. anyway, it is still more accurate than Microsoft.rc62tt wrote: Whomever is doing this is not very good at math. 2.0.1 and 2.0.10 are mathematically the same number
