huge client log files
SO we have been testing OpenVPN on two users before pulling the plug and buying the license to have more users on it. For one of the users it is working great. The other user it only works for a day or two and then the client log file gets so huge it won't work anymore. This last time the log file got up to 8.5GB which is insane. Too large to have them send me. I wiped out the log file and had them use OpenVPN for 30 minutes only then stop and send me the file. After 30 minutes it was still only 14KB and nothing unusual in the log. I am not sure what is happening here. Has anyone else seen this or know what could be causing it?

Re: huge client log files
use log instead of log-append on your client config.

Hi,
'I wiped out the log file' you said: how do you delete logs using ssh+terminal: where are these operation-logs put in!?
Thanks,
Karl
PS: did you try 'cronjob' to empty log-files daily/weekly?
