"OpenVPN Connect": other languages (german)

Post by ftsystems » Thu Aug 03, 2017 12:36 pm

Hello

Our users are 100% German speaking (Switzerland).
It would be nice, if the "OpenVPN Connect" (Client software which is installed on Laptops) would be in German. Primary it is important for the user to understand error messages.
Maybe later the webpage to download the Client also can be translated.
The administration interface doesn't matter because the IT team speaks English.

Is there a possibility for a translation?
I could help with the translation in german, if needed.

Thanks.

Kind Regards
Michael

Yes, correct. We use "OpenVPN Access Server" and the client software "OpenVPN Connect" in the newest versions.

I don't know if/how you can contribute to the Access Server Product but ..

If you contact them with a proposal to add these language packs you could probably get a
reasonable deal for your work ..

Ok. I've opened a support ticket and will keep up to date in this topic.
