Simple way to configure access restriction

Hello, we are running OpenVPN AS and I'm managing the whole network configuration.
I'm in the need to configure a VPN access with a single user being able to reach only one internal PC, while others should still be able to reach the whole LAN.
I found the guide on the site, but it seems quite complicated to me. In this one things seems easier, using just the web configuration, but in this way it seems I can't reach the network despite the user belonging to one group or the other one.
If I understood what it's missing in my configuration is the routing itself, but why in the simple article this topic is not covered? Am I missing something?
