Web interface not found

Installed openvpn and the tray assigns me an IP of 10.8.x.x but when I put the IP on the URL of https://10.8.x.x:943/admin it doesn't show anything. I'm trying to get to the interface so I can activate my key and start giving remote access. Anything will help as I'm out of ideas. I'm connected to synology DSM and shows I'm connected on the openVPN.
