Help!!Policy for Two kind of users on openvpn access server

I downloaded the latest version of Openvpn access server 2.5.2. Would like to know that if can achieve this function. I tried to find a solution on the setting, but all failed.
We have two kind of users (User A and User B)
User A can access the all internal subnet, internet traffic be routed through the VPN.
User B just can access the special internal IP address, internet traffic through local default gateway.
Can't implement User B function......^_^!!!!!!
