I am running the Virtual Appliance VMware ESXI using Oracle Virtualbox and managed to get it working with no issues. Initially.
When I power off the VM and turn on the VM again. I login with the default password and username (openvpnas, root) but now the server is not running. What is the command to start the server?

Re: Virtual Appliance VMware ESXI : Command to start server
Hello ckttkt,
Perhaps the 'power off' action was a bit rough, and it should actually be using a more graceful shutdown method?
In any case, try:
service openvpnas restart
If the system still doesn't come up, maybe a configuration you did earlier was incorrect and now the Access Server refuses to start because of that. You can examine the /var/log/openvpnas.log file for error message. If it contains anything sensitive please direct your question to our support ticket system at https://openvpn.net/support instead of here.
Kind regards,
Johan
