Can't add new profiles

Hello,

I am trying to add a new employee to have open vpn access. We currently have 4 but no one was connected at all today. I go through the steps of creating the user, hit save, and then it goes back to the main open vpn screen with the 4 existing users. I try to delete an existing user and that also does not work, cannot disable another user.

Any ideas?
