Execute external script error

Hi, everyone. I try to use --auth-user-pass-verify with my bash script in OpenVPN Access Server but seem like OpenVPN Access Server call script from /run/openvpn_as/. When i put script in /run/openvpn_as/ is always show permission denied.
So in the Server Config Directives i add script like ../../script.sh to bypass this error. Now in the log return WARNING: Failed running command (--auth-user-pass-verify): could not execute external program'.
How can i run external script in OpenVPN Access Server with options --auth-user-pass-verify
