Our Open-VPN started to act up today. Clients couldn't connect to it, and the only way to resolve the issue was to reinstall the client app and profile. That worked. For one user. When others attempt to download their profiles via our VPN portal (logging in is fine to retrieve their profile configs and app, but they receive this error when attempting to download the client app: "Internal Server Error: C-Page error in CMain/locate Child...Retry Login" Any idea why this is occurring?

It's a bit of an obscure problem and it's probably related to your earlier problem. Our support personnel would have been able to help you as well if you posted to the official support ticket system. But basically, your server is most likely out of disk space. You can usually clear up old log files in /var/log/ to solve that.
