Zoiper 3.15 Not Connecting to SIP Through OpenVPN

Hello,
We have several SIP servers running on our internal network in which users connect to with their Zoiper 3.15 clients.
Recently we've had the need for remote users to use Zoiper and the only way for that to work is if they use VPN.
We implemented OpenVPN 2.3.8 on their machines but for some reason they cannot connect to these SIP servers using DNS or IP address. We even set up a static route config in addition to their VPN config but it is not working.
And we disabled STUN settings in Zoiper.
Does anybody have any ideas?
