I have my ovpn file in the config folder and the OpenVPN Service set to automatic
However, no matter what I do, I have to restart the service for there to be connectivity. Windows always starts it, but it doesn't work until I log in and restart it. After that, it works fine.
Can anyone help?

Perhaps you should find the log file and read it to see what is going on.
I'm still alive, just posting under the openvpn_inc alias now as part of a larger group.
