I think the main reason this is very hard is because you're not really giving any useful information and you're ignoring the rules given to you on how to get support. Also, you're on the wrong board on this forum, as this board is only for the commercial openvpn access server product. And as a suggestion, might I suggest that when someone asks you a version number, you actually give the version number, and not say "the latest" because that can be unclear. For example, is it the latest version as testing build, or is it the latest version posted on our website, or is it the latest version in the software repository of the OS you are using, and so on. So yeah, I hope this helps you to understand the situation a bit better.
I'm still alive, just posting under the openvpn_inc alias now as part of a larger group.
