Vpn error

Good evening, I have a sinology, ds218j and I am trying to enter it through open vpn and not connect it.

It was installed on the VPN server, it was configured, the configuration was downloaded and the configuration was downloaded, the file was published and published, the 1194 UDP port was opened on the router.
