Client bug preventing network connection

Hi all

Not sure if I am posting this in the right place - there doesn't seem to be a Windows 10 client forum...

Here is my problem....

I turn on my PC. Everything works ok. I install Open VPN Client. I connect to my VPN - it works. I disconnect - everything still works as expected.

I reboot - now I can't connect to any network. My ethernet connection is dead, as are all Wifi connections.

I need to connect to my VPN for any of my network connections to work. If I uninstall Open VPN client then everything works again.

Any ideas??

PS. if you ask me to edit any files can you please let me know the file names and where they are located??
