Problem with autologin connection

Hi, I'm having a problem with the connection to the OpenVPN server with autologin profile, what happens is the following:
If I make the manual connection with the user, it assigns me IP and there is a normal connection, but if I try to connect using the "connect as user" to use the autologin, it tells me that I am connected, the connected user appears on the portal and IP, but if I run "ipconfig" I do not have IP and there is no connection to other PCs in the VPN, what could be happening?
