Hi all,

I am having some issues connecting to my work VPN. This started a few days ago. I strongly believe the issue is on the client side as all my colleagues can connect to the VPN server just fine. This is the extract from logs:

Mon Oct 22 13:06:37 2018 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Mon Oct 22 13:06:37 2018 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
Mon Oct 22 13:06:37 2018 SIGUSR1[soft,tls-error] received, process restarting

Lately, I have installed and uninstalled a couple of other VPNs so I am thinking that it might have something to do with that. I remember a few days ago, I got an error message in OpenVPN stating something about a TAP adapter that was missing. However, I do have a TAP adapter and it is up to date and active. I haven't received that error lately.

Do you have any ideas what else I should check in order to get this to work?

check your network connectivity
that is all the program knows .. The best place to start is your server log.
