Hi there,
We have an instance of OpenVPN running in AWS. The users in the United States are able to go the client site and login, get the client and config, without issue.
Our users that are in India, get to the page but the login fields, dropdown, and Go button do not appear in the display.
Some troubleshooting at their end has not resolved the issue. Any recommendations or suggestions?
thanks much,
Staley

Staley, are they on macOS by any chance?

Nope. the users are on Windows 7.
Just received a screenshot showing the webdev Console.
ReferenceError: stdui is not defined
is the error being pointed out.

Mm. Give this a try and see if it helps, it should solve a window scaling problem that occurs on Amazon AWS and particularly in combination with some macOS clients. It probably won't change anything but give it a try. If it doesn't work, I'm going to guess some sort of firewall or proxy is interfering, or the Internet connection itself is broken somehow.
As a root privileged user on the Access Server run these commands:
cd /usr/local/openvpn_as/scripts
./sacli --key vpn.server.server_sockbuf_tcp --value 0 ConfigPut
./sacli --key vpn.server.server_sockbuf_udp --value 0 ConfigPut
service openvpnas restart
This will restart your Access Server service and disconnect your users, so be sure to do this at an opportune time.

The off-shore users are reporting that the problem has not been solved.
I'm asking for data from the WebDeveloper console.

Sorry to hear that. Could be some blockade on their side, maybe their Internet connection is being filtered for some reason. I'd try contacting the Internet provider to ask if they are doing something funky.
