New network new location?

Hello i have my openvpn as server as home. I have been testing it for a while now and everything seems okay so far. But I'm next week going to move it to my work network and the internal and external ip address will change. How can i tell openvpn to update to the new addresses? Also the client side how do i update that to accept the new addresses? Sorry I'm not a linux guy that know's nothing about programming. Please help me?

my home network is a 192.168.xxx.xxx address. my work address is 10.1.xxx.xxx address. Not sure how to update it in the server and update in the client to see the new address.
