Can't access Support on Openvpn.net

Hi,

I am trying to get licenses re-issued for our rebuilt Access Server. I have a valid login for openvpn.net that is tied to my licensing, but when I click on
"Support" I am prompted for an additional login.



It will not take my openvpn.net credentials and there is no option to register or reset a password. Do I need to register somewhere to get access to the support portal?

Hello André,

The login process is completely automated. By that i mean, you register for an account on https://openvpn.net/, you then login with that account on https://openvpn.net/, and then you use the 'get support' option at the top to login automatically to the support site.
