I am quite new to Open VPN. My question is just about basics and what hardware I must rent as first.
Let's assume I am installing Open VPN successful. But from where I get IPs?
Must I buy different lot nodes by a company like DigitalOcean? Do I get IPs like that?
Pls, advise me on that basic level.. where/how most cheaply obtain IPs
