Connect Client not showing when login to access server

Hi,

i had a locked out user and followed the instruction on the following page: https://openvpn.net/faq/how-do-i-unlock ... d-out-now/
since running the commands on this page we no longer have access to the connect client download from the login page. we only see the connection profiles.

i dont know how this broke. any help to get this back is very much appreciated!
