route internet traffic
Forgive my ignorance.
I have to assemble the routing table of the server and the client and I do not know how to do it. Could you please help me do it?
the only problem that I am configuring the client in a modem?
port 1194
proto tcp
dev tap
dev-node MyTap
ca ca.crt
cert server.crt
key server.key
dh dh1024.pem
;ifconfig-pool-persist ipp.txt
server-bridge 192.168.1.5 255.255.255.0 192.168.1.6 192.168.1.10
server-bridge
push "route 192.168.2.0 255.255.255.0"
push "redirect-gateway def1 bypass-dhcp"
push "dhcp-option DNS 8.8.8.8"
keepalive 10 120
cipher AES-256-CBC
comp-lzo
persist-key
persist-tun
status openvpn-status.log
verb 3
93/5000
My idea is to unite two local networks.
Server PC ip 192.168.1.5
client gateway modem 192.168.0.1

Re: route internet traffic
in the client's log: unable to redirect default gateway - Can not read current default gateway from system
dev tap
dev-node TAPadapter
proto udp
remote [network1_public_ip] 1194
resolv-retry infinite nobind
persist-key persist-tun mute-replay-warnings
ca "C:\\Program Files\\OpenVPN\\config\\ca.crt"
cert "C:\\Program Files\\OpenVPN\\config\\client.crt"
key "C:\\Program Files\\OpenVPN\\config\\client.key"
remote-cert-tls
server tls-auth ta.key 1
cipher AES-256-CBC
comp-lzo
verb 3
I suppose that the message of the client's log is due to the lack of route routing.
Routing or do I have to do both on the client and on the server ??

Re: route internet traffic
Which means change that line to:
Code: Select all
# server-bridge
'server-bridge' without any parameters enables other functionality, which you probably don't want.
You could make this a lot easier by reading this: HOWTO: Request Help ! {2}
