I found that when writing openvpn-server-plugin
client uses the explicit-exit-notify parameter
OPENVPN_PLUGIN_CLIENT_DISCONNECT event execution
client uses the explicit-exit-notify and fragment parameters
OPENVPN_PLUGIN_CLIENT_DISCONNECT event not executed
