Win 10 - OpenVPN Service issue

The OpenVPN Service starts at boot (automatic) but doesn't connect to VPN server.
Launching the GUI the connection works perfectly.
If I restart the service, it's work
I've openvpn service installed on several client with winXP/7/8/8.1 and works perfectly
