Where can I get a signed TAP driver version 9.20?

Current OpenVPN version (git) requires a TAP-Windows driver that is at least version 9.20:
This version of OpenVPN requires a TAP-Windows driver that is at least version 9.20 -- If you recently upgraded your OpenVPN distribution, a reboot is probably required at this point to get Windows to see the new driver.
The source files of the driver are available but they obviously lack of a signing certificate.
So, where can a user get that signed TAP driver?

debbie10t, what help exactly should I get from there? Maybe there's an email of someone who has the Windows Code Signing Certificate "OpenVPN Technologies, Inc."? I haven't found anything like that on that page...
