Issues with downloading

Hallo,I've downloaded Open VPN but when installed and opened Open VPN GUI nothing worked,there's an icon but only two choices/functions: Exit and Settings,no Connect.What's wrong with it?Please I need OpenVPN very much.As I was watching Youtube there could be remote after downloading then copy to config directory but I couldn't find anything,only README,My Windows XP 32bit.How to install with everything that could work properly/correctly?
