Navigation thru client IP

Hi all.
I'm googling awhile if it is possible to, users connected to the server side of openvpn, to navigate on internet thru the intertet connection of the openvpn client server.
I can not find any thread about it.
Has anyone done this?
If I have 2 or more clients, can the user decide thru what openvpn client Ip he need to navigate?
