QoS or traffic shaping within VPN tunnel when using OpenVPN

Windows 7 x64
OpenVPN 2.1.1 i686-pc-mingw32 [SSL] [LZO2] [PKCS11] built on Dec 12 2009

Hi,

I'm using a Fritz!Box 7390 router that provides a Quality of Service (QoS) or traffic shaping feature. It will prioritize ACK packets over all other traffic and by doing this ensures that I can up- and download simultaneously using the whole bandwidth of my Internet connection.

I'm using OpenVPN to connect to a VPN provider. Since all traffic within the VPN tunnel is encrypted my router cannot longer apply any QoS or traffic shaping to the data stream inside the VPN tunnel.

My question:
Is it possible to edit the OpenVPN configuration in such a way that OpenVPN or its virtual TAP-Win32 Adapter V9 can do QpS or traffic shaping to the data stream within the tunnel?

Thanks for your answers!
