Question Regarding Proxy settings on Internet Explorer

Hi, everyone.
I am trying to create original VPN software with openvpn-2.5.3 source code.
I would like to fetch proxy settings on Internet Explorer - Automatic configuration script, Proxy server ip address and Exceptions, for example.
I searched on Google, but could not find any good example for this issue.
How can I fetch proxy settings on Internet Explorer?
I would like to establish OpenVPN connection via proxy.
Proxy server will be different ip address for each computer, therefore it is impossible to write Proxy server ip addresses on .ovpn file for each computer.
