LDAP authentication bind password hashed

I have benn using openvpn since march
Everything works fine
I would like to add ldap authentification. i have just test it and it works but with bind password in cleartext in plugin ldap config file.
I don't found anythting about SSHA coded password or call for a script (as i used it in bash scripts or squid authentication)
is it possible to do that?
