Send custom error message to the OpenVPN client

Hello everyone,

I need to configure openvpn server to authenticate on database (postgres) of a specific application.
Is it possible to send the customer personalized messages indicating the reason for the login failure?

I believe something like this has been discussed by the developers but it is certainly not available currently.
