Active Directory credentials passthru?

We currently use Sonicwall Global VPN, but it requires the user to login to the domain when they login to the computer then to login again when they launch the VPN client (unless you want to store the username and password in the settings)
Does OpenVPN allow the user credentials from Active Directory to passthru so the user only logs into the computer?
