Connection to two remote servers with tls-exit

Good afternoon guys, I communicate to make a query, days ago we are having problems with users who connect to the network of the company without having disconnected from the application and generate packages that cause problems in the network. A solution that we are going to implement is to deny the arrival to the server inside the company and implement tls-exit so that when the connection fails to be disconnected, one problem is that we have two remote servers so we would need to jump to the instruction before tls-exit try connecting to the other server, in case you are dealing with a remote user and the first server is down. Is there any way to configure the client.ovpn file to do the second test to the other server before cutting the connection with tls-exit ?. Server version: 1.0.3

What server are you using? Current OpenVPN release is 2.4.4, not sure where 1.0.3 is coming from.
