cannot resolve host address

cannot resolve host address

I am experiencing some difficulties to access my raspberry pi (as a VPN). Can someone help me with the following error please?

after reading every tutorial regarding the installation of openvpn for raspberry,But the problem persists. I did all the steps that were
mentioned but it can not find port 1195. I already did the router's settings to open the port and also disabled it
the firewall.
