Push new route on active session

Hi,
I'm looking for a way to push new route without ask my users to reconnect their VPN
I'm already pushing custom route through client-connect script but this is only working during initial connection.
What I whant is the ability to push new route to already connected clients (maybe throogh server management ?)
Any idea on how to do that ?
