Question about config!

Hello, because I am new in the OpenVPN, I would like to ask if it is possible to have authentication with username/password and static IP and all this will be stored in MySQL? If yes can you point me what to read?

If you are not a developer, you sound like you should try OpenVPN AS.
Sure it is possible with the community edition, with some little effort on integration.
