Openvpn : how to filter on the domain

Hello,

I am using openvpn as a client server connection, I want to filter on the domain directly in openvpn.

Example :
toto@domain1.com is allowed to connect
toto@domain2.com is not allowed.

Can you tell me if this is possible on openvpn configuration?
