I have own OpenVPN server.
Using OpenVPN app on android, all works as expected.
On laptop (Ubuntu 19.04) I see my traffic go thru same VPN , but wikipedia is somehow blocked anyway... my public IP is in Norway... How is this possible/how to troubleshoot ?

I am not using any app on Ubuntu, just the network manager and .ovpn file.

checking my IP/location on that laptop browser confirm my exit in Norway.. but wikipedia is still banned..

a while later, it worked fine ... most likely some browser caching..

I am from Turkey too. Yes, wikipedi is blocked in our country...
