Can't connect to multiple servers simultaneously

Trying to connect to two VPN's at the same time.
Using pfSense as both servers and usually connecting from a windows pc.
One server is at home and the other at work.
The Home server has two peer to peer connections up 24/7. One on 1194, the other 1195.
The roadwarrior connection to home uses port 33447, yet it still uses 1194 as the local port I think??
This is from the connection log:

I 2018.10.28 19:15:34 UDP link local (bound): [AF_INET][undef]:1194
I 2018.10.28 19:15:34 UDP link remote: [AF_INET]X.X.X.X:33447

The work roadwarrior uses port 1196, yet still 1194 local:

I 2018.10.28 18:52:40 UDP link local (bound): [AF_INET][undef]:1194
I 2018.10.28 18:52:40 UDP link remote: [AF_INET]X.X.X.X:1196


So when I'm connected to either one, trying to connect to the other fails with this:

F 2018.10.28 19:18:57 TCP/UDP: Socket bind failed on local address [AF_INET6][undef]:1194: Address already in use (WSAEADDRINUSE)

Why is this?
