VPN Setup Behind NAT With No Access To Router

I want to set up a VPN server on my workstation located outside my permanent residence and behind NAT. I do not have admin access to the router. Is there any non-corporate simple way that would allow me to bypass NAT? Also, is [url="https://www.ivacy.com/"]Ivacy VPN[/url] good for the job?
